ANALISIS PRODUKTIVITAS ALAT BERAT DAN SITE LAYOUT DALAM PEKERJAAN STRUKTUR BAWAH (STUDI KASUS: PROYEK PEMBANGUNAN YOGYA KOTA BARU PARAHYANGAN)

Abstract

Construction equipment, especially heavy equipment, has an important role in the implementation of construction projects. The YOGYA Kota Baru Parahyangan Development Project is a building construction project that requires heavy equipment, so management of time efficiency and cost of using heavy equipment is important. This research aims to improve labor efficiency and speed up the completion of work. Quantitative research methods were used in this study to calculate and evaluate heavy equipment productivity Site Layout project. The calculation results for the productivity of the heavy equipment for the pile driver (HSPD) are 0.234 m/minute, the excavator is 26,67 m3/hour, and the tower crane is 11.1 kg/minute. Evaluation Site Layout the project identifies zoning, placement, accessibility, safety and resources related to the project, and provides criticism and suggestions to improve work efficiency and worker safety. Assuggestion the development of further research, it is possible to carry out a more in-depth analysis of the factors that affect the productivity of heavy equipment, such as geological conditions, weather, and other factors that may affect the speed of driving. In addition, this research can be used as a reference for technology development and innovation in heavy equipment that is more efficient and has a positive impact on future construction projects.
