Construction activities play an important role in a country's economic and social growth, as they can create jobs and have a positive impact on related industries, such as building materials and construction services. However, construction activities also pose potential risks to workers and bystanders. Therefore, companies in the construction sector need to think about solutions to deal with occupational health and safety issues so that the construction process can minimize the risk of occupational accidents. The aim of this study is to analyse the application of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) as a performance control in landed house construction projects. The data collection method was through observation and the use of questionnaires. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis, descriptive hypothesis, multiple correlation and relative contribution. Based on the multiple linear regression analysis, it is found that the factors of workers' knowledge, OHS management and OHS implementation affect the application of OHS. The results of the multiple correlation show that there is a very strong correlation between the success factors and the application of OHS. The factor that has the highest success rate with a value of 65.36% is the OHS implementation factor, where the OHS implementation factor is supported by three main indicators, namely the factor of workers' awareness of the importance of using personal protective equipment on construction sites, the planning factor and the implementation factor.
