Abstract

Continuous road use with increasing traffic volume traffic volume causes a
decrease in the condition of the road pavement so that road damage is inevitable. road damage is
inevitable. Periodic road surface damage analysis is needed to determine whether the road is in
good condition or in need of repair and maintenance. or in a condition that requires repair and
maintenance. Road Section Let.Jend Suprapto - Gumayun Gas Station, Slawi Regency is
categorized as a district road with heavy traffic. with a length of 3.3 km and is a secondary local
road. secondary local road. The method used to assess the condition of the road surface is road
surface condition is the International Roughness Index (IRI). By using a hawkeye car as a tool to
measure the IRI value, the results of road surface unevenness are obtained with a percentage of
the category severely damaged 0.58% and the good category has a percentage of 71.50%, the
medium category is 29.82% and the lightly damaged category is 3.21%. The value of IRI value of
